Sign Design, Inc. is a full-service sign company - we design, build, install, and service all types of signage for a multitude of clients and industries. Our 30,000 square foot office and production facility is conveniently located off Route 24 in Brockton, MA.
Since 1988, we have maintained consistent management and leadership. More than half of our employees have been with us over ten years, Our experienced, talented, and dedicated employees set us apart and are the reason for our success and longevity.

Sign Design, Inc. offers a highly competitive benefits package for eligible employees that includes:
- Employee Stock Ownership Plan - Sign Design is proud to be 100% employee-owned!
- Health Insurance - Sign Design pays 50% of the premium for individual, dual or family plans in our Mass General Brigham Health Insurance. Employees are eligible for this benefit after 90 days.
- Disability - Sign Design pays 50% of the premium for short-term and long-term disability plans as well as life insurance from Guardian. Employees are eligible for this benefit after 90 days.
- Dental - Sign Design pays 50% of the premium for employee-only dental plans from Guardian. Employees may also cover their family at an additional cost. Employees are eligible for this benefit after 90 days.
- 401(k) - Employees may contribute any percentage or flat amount via a weekly payroll deduction to the Sign Design 401(k) plan with Vanguard. Employees are eligible for this benefit after 120 days.
- Combined Time Off (CTO) - Employees begin accruing CTO on day one and are eligible to use it after 90 days. In the first year, employees accrue up to 80 hours of CTO which includes vacation, sick and personal time to be used at their discretion.
- Eight Paid Holidays - Sign Design observes 8 paid holidays each year.
- Bonus Pay - Sign Design has a discretionary bonus program based on company profits.
