Steve joined Sign Design Service in 2016, bringing over 25 years of experience in the sign and lighting industry. He began his career as a sub-contractor for one of the largest sign companies in New England. Steve also gained extensive knowledge in energy management and energy-efficient lighting products from his seven years as a lead technician for Sylvania Lighting Services, one of the nation's largest leading lighting management companies.
What do you love most about Sign Design?
Having the opportunity to work with my team and collaborate with them from start to finish on projects, contributing to the overall success of the company.
What made you want to work at Sign Design? What makes you stay?
It was very important for me to work for a company that would not only support the success of my career but would also encourage prioritizing family at the same time.
Where have you worked prior to Sign Design?
Early in my career I worked as a subcontractor for University Brink Sign Co. and handled all of the service and maintenance accounts for them. I moved to California and worked for a sign and lighting company before returning home to take a position with Sylvania Lighting Services.
What other roles have you had at Sign Design?
I started as a lead technician and was promoted to field service manager before becoming the service manager for SDS.
Do you have any hobbies?
I feel fortunate to live in New England, enjoying winter activities up North, day trips to the Cape and Islands while spending time with my family and friends.
