Michaela is the friendly face of Signs & Sites! She assists our walk-in and phone customers and works with sales from start-to-finish. Her responsibilities include customer communications, scheduling, writing estimates and invoices, billing, and recording payments. Prior to Signs & Sites, Michaela worked in food industry management, but left to pursue a different career path. Michaela holds a degree in English from Bridgewater State University.

What do you love most about Sign Design?

I like that everyday is different and presents with unique challenges. The work does not feel repetitive day to day and there are still times that I get to learn something new.

What made you want to work at Sign Design? What makes you stay?

I was looking for a new opportunity after leaving the food industry and saw an open position for a customer service representative at a sign company. I thought it seemed like a good fit with space to grow. Now that we are owned by Sign Design, the same is even more true.

Where have you worked prior to Sign Design?

I worked at Papa Gino’s while I was in college and by the time I graduated, I was a manager. I left shortly after to pursue something more related to my degree.

What other roles have you had at Sign Design?

When Signs & Sites was under it’s previous ownership my title was customer service representative, but I had pretty much the same responsibilities I do now.

Do you have any hobbies?

I read a lot and hike. I have also had houseplants for years that I have (mostly) kept alive.
