Fabrication Operations Manager

Marcelo joined Sign Design after a career in the construction industry. He enjoys contributing to the company profits and having a feeling of ownership, as well as improving upon his skills as a sign painter.

Outside of work, Marcelo spends time playing soccer.

What do you love most about Sign Design/Employee Ownership?

I love being a part of the Company’s profit and having that feeling of ownership.

What made you want to work at Sign Design? What makes you stay?

I enjoy the flexibility and the family environment. I stay to show and improve upon my skills.

Where have you worked prior to Sign Design?

I worked at a construction company before Sign Design.

What other roles have you had at Sign Design?

I have previously been the painter, but now work as the Fabrications Operations Manager.
