Laurie joined Sign Design in 2018. Laurie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Management and Psychology from Salve Regina University and has spent most of her career in Investment Management at Putnam Investments and Washington Mutual. While raising her family, she also worked as a Realtor and volunteered at a non-profit recreational facility for challenged children, where she then worked as their Registration Manager. Her diverse background in working with customers in a fast-paced environment has made her a tremendous asset to the Sign Design team! Laurie lives in Brockton with her husband and two college-aged children.

What do you love most about Sign Design?

I like the family-oriented team atmosphere and the aspect of employee-ownership. I love the fact that I am an employee-owner and have that added benefit of adding to my retirement with no monetary contribution being required on my end.

What made you want to work at Sign Design? What makes you stay?

At first, it was extremely convenient, and I needed a job. Now, the team atmosphere, the willingness for all of us to work so closely together to create, produce and provide a great end product to our clients is very satisfying.

Where have you worked prior to Sign Design?

Previously I worked in investment management, and at a non-profit therapeutic riding center for people of all ages with special needs.

What other roles have you had at Sign Design?

I have only been in my current role as an account coordinator.

Do you have any hobbies?

I enjoy gardening, traveling, and spending time with family and friends and of course with my dog Captain.
