Holly joined Sign Design Service in 2014, bringing 7 years of experience in customer service and retail management. Her attention to detail and customer focus has helped to grow our service department. She recently moved into a new role as our Service Account Executive, where she will continue to build the business and provide outstanding service to our customers!

What do you love most about Sign Design?

I love the opportunity to learn something new on a daily basis and I also love the atmosphere at Sign Design!

What made you want to work at Sign Design? What makes you stay?

I was looking for a new opportunity and knew someone that worked at Sign Design. He talked very highly of the company which caught my interest as I had never really put any thought into the sign business. Now after almost 10 years, I still love my job and look forward to continuing to grow. Yearly success and growth as a company is what makes me stay – it’s very motivating!

Where have you worked prior to Sign Design?

Prior to Sign Design, I worked at Rent-A-Center for 7 years where I started off doing Collections & Sales and then became a Store Manager.

What other roles have you had at Sign Design?

When I first started at Sign Design I was doing some marketing for the service department along with night patrols. I then became an Account Executive and am now the Service Office Manager.

Do you have any hobbies?

I enjoy being a mom to my two boys that keep me on my toes! I am a die hard basketball fan - I love my Celtics!
